KARE 11 and KMSP 9? For those two, I would buy an Antennacraft Y5713 or Y10713, and mount it on the same mast with my choice of UHF antenna.

I would ignore the low power repeater stations from St. James (208 magnetic) and focus on the stations from Minneapolis at 58-60 magnetic. I'd mount an Antennas Direct DB4e

You could substitute a mast-mounted preamp for the UVSJ, something like a RCA TVPRAMPR1
