I'm 25 miles from the ocean. Do get a sea breeze occasionally.
The signal fades at around 5-10 minute intervals.
I'm near Camp Pendleton, lots of air traffic, not new though
The D/C power is possible. Old wiring in my cellar
The coax is new. Do have alot of low neighborhood trees though
