Climb up on your roof and take a photo showing the view towards New York City and post that photo. It will go a long way towards assessing your odds.
You've got a hill just over the state line that's about 500' higher than your elevation. Any signals you get will have to diffract over that hill plus a second one just on the other side of hwy 72.
