The reflector is probably knocking it down enough to become unreceivable. 25-30 degrees off straight off the rear, the gain seems to be way down to around -15 dB or worse, especially at the higher frequencies of the UHF band. I don't know if it's removable as easily as the DBxe series, but it's something I would try, especially if it can be remounted.
