Now I know this might not be the ideal spot but I just moved and I had to talk to the HOA people twice already. I don't want to be looked as a problematic neighboor you know?

Could you guys help me with these questions?

- Where can I purchase decent equipment? Do you guys have links?

installed an antenna in the attic and he seems to be getting decent reception. would be very interested to know how he did it?
Install the antenna and run some coax down to the television or televisions. You will probably have to buy the coax and any splitters separately.

If this is really all you are after, try a high-gain UHF antenna. Be advised that WJZ and WBAL in Baltimore and WUSA and WJLA in Washington are all on VHF. I'm surprised that WBFF doesn't carry the games. I watched last week's game on WPMT up in York. Real channel 47.

Thanks so much in advance guys, I hope I can get this sorted out.
I strongly suggest you test reception before performing the actual installation. I usually take a portable television up into the attic, connect it temporarily to the antenna and try to find a spot with acceptable reception. You may not get identical results downstairs, but it should be close. Incidentally, this Sunday's game is on CBS and WJZ seems to have it scheduled.
