Try removing the FM trap. Some, though not all, will have a negative impact on the signal from real CH-6 which is very close to the same frequency range as the FM band.
Also, consider experimenting with alternate mounting height and location.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
