WLOS is going to require a serious high-VHF antenna outside, up in the air...plus some luck that you don't encounter localized electronic or electrical interference. Anything less is likely a wasted effort.
WLOS has a permit to build a 250 watt channel 31 translator just north of Greenville that *might* reach you, but I have no information if it's ever been built. It's not in the TVFool database.
