Just a guess, but with the antenna close to the roof (any wire mesh under or in those tiles?), and the wavelengths of those two channels relatively close to each other, I'd guess there's just enough reflected or otherwise multipath signal on that one wavelength to cancel enough signal or otherwise raise havoc in the tuner. Raising or lowering the antenna may put it in a sweet spot. Or moving it around side to side (translating, not rotating).

How are the two coax cables joined? UVSJ, or standard 2-way splitter in reverse?
