Hello Nikola,
Thanks for posting your tvfool map links. For this discussion, I'll be working off the first one you posted with an elevation of 25'.
I would be curious what a tv fool map says for you at 35' and 50'. If you could post that, it would be benefital.
My early thoughts until I see a 35' and 50' plot above ground would be to focus on the Hampton Roads signals (PBS, CBS, ABC, ION, NBC) at magnetic 24. You have access to a couple Greenville signals (NBC, CBS) at magnetic 228. At 25' no FOX affiliate has sufficient strength to be reliably received.
At 25' most of the signals you have access to are of weak and very weak status. That requires an aggressive antenna setup. You have a combination of VHF (ABC) and UHF (My Network, CBS, ION, NBC) for the Hampton Roads signals. If I were installing at this location, due to the 2-edge conditions and signal strengths I would go with a two antenna set up. For UHF, an Antennas direct DB8e, then for VHF the Antennacraft Y10713. These antennas working together are widely considered a "goto" set up in weak and 2-edge obstructed areas.
What are your goals in getting a over the air (OTA) set up going? Do you have a preference for market (Greenville vs. Hampton Roads)? Are you going to be splitting the signal to multiple TVs?
A preamp may be appropriate, but I'll await further information from you on you goals and configuration.
Cheers.
