The 91XG is designed to cover real channels 14 and higher. It will not provide much reception of real channels 13 and lower, especially if they are weak. The Antennacraft HBU-44, HBU-55 and Winegard HD7698P are better suited to applications that have real channels ranging from Ch-7 up to real CH-51, and some or all are weak.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
