Hello,
new to the forum and would like to know what i might need for the above location as far as antenna and equipment as well any suggestions relating to installation/pointing.. etc.
most of the channels come from around 330 degrees.. but i would also like to get the channels coming from 8 degrees as they seem within range. There are also some stations lying at 180 degrees... but wonder if they might be to far.
my roof from ground level to top is 35 feet (it has a high pitched roof and is a 2 story house; i could also install the antenna on the chmminey.. which is also 35 feet above ground level ). I also live on top of a ridge with the backside of the ridge sloping down sharply to the south (my house on the back is actually 45 feet above ground level due to the slope.. my house has a walkout basement which increases the height on the back)... i can see over 20 miles on a clear day from the back from the first floor... this is where i wonder about the stations that lye south at 180 degrees.. but they might be to far away based on the map... any way.. like to cut the cable... let me know on above.
thanks in advance
