If you're trying to receive CHCH, real CH-15, you'll need to go to extreme measures.
There is also a conflicting signal from WBNF to deal with.
You'll need to use a custom built stacked array that can null out the interference from WBNF while providing 10 dB or more gain in the direction of CHCH.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
