If WGSI, real CH-11, WGSC, real CH-8, WHMC, real CH-9, WBTW, real CH-13 and WITV, real CH-7 all land on your 'don't care list', then forgo the H-VHF capability and use a UHF only antenna.
If you change your mind later, you can always add a H-VHF antenna and UHF/VHF combiner.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
