Go to the start maps function, put in your address & switch to satellite view. Zoom in & move the dot right to where the antenna is going to be & then post the link.
At first glace, you should have good luck with the Binghampton stations, and some Elmira ones, with a hi-vhf/uhf combination antenna. Which one is recomended depends on a more acurate report
