Setup advice and antenna choice

Hello,

I need advice on setting up an antenna in the attic (preferably) and using the pre-installed RG6 cabling in the house.

Here's my TV Fool report:
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...5b94e26849bd04

I currently have a ClearStream 2V antenna that I'd like to install in the attic to reduce the length of coax running to the distribution splitter. Roof is plywood, asphalt shingles, wood trusses with nailplates/joists, and blown-in insulation. Based on my calculations, I'd only be running about 10 ft of coax to the splitter or distribution amp (if need be) vs 30 ft for outdoor installation. However, I'm willing to install the antenna outdoor, or buy a different antenna, depending on what will yield the best reception. My plan is to feed the signal to 4 TVs via the pre-installed RG6. Will I need a pre-amp or distribution amp?

I'm trying to get as many of the local channels (e.g., 4.1, 7.1, 9.1, 14.1, 26.1, 42, 48), as well as those in the red "background color", if possible.

Thanks in advance!
