Though I'm a big fan of the Antennas Direct UHF/VHF combiner. due to it's weather proof cover, I see it's out of stock at AD and Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Antennas-Direc.../dp/B008PBTPN4

The other options are fine. But as tomfoolery has already observed, you'll want to prevent water from getting into the connections.

Radio Shack is not the lowest price option necessarily, but they may be able to source both parts for you.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
