The preamp should provide plenty of power to overcome cable and splitter losses. I'd avoid the temptation to add a distribution amplifier. Remember, the antennas suggested have passive gain which adds to the available signal power without adding noise or distortion. I've been quite satisfied with the Ideal splitters stocked at the local big box home center. For three tuners, I'd suggest the Ideal # 85-133.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
