The HBU-44 & HD7698P would make my short list.
The FL6550A would not, it's not got the VHF performance you need... Nor does it have much real UHF performance. (An amplifier does not add to the initial signal gathering ability of an antenna.)

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
