Hi Mianderson,
The antennas suggested will get the job done. As to the antennas you mentioned, no I wouldn't go with them. The ANT751 and the Clearstream2V are both fine performers in their proper application.
The problem you have is your signals are trending weak and have in many cases 2-edge obstructions. This in short means you don't have line of sight, so your signals you are trying for are having to go through geographical obstructions to get to you. This can make signals act funny and requires an antenna with good gain and directionality.
The RCA ANT751 will not work. That antenna is a local or suburban unit that does best with line of sight. If you don't have it, move up a notch. Weaker signals that are terrain obstructed is not something the ANT751 does well.
The Clearstream 2V would perform better than the ANT751 for your situation, however when you start getting into the signal strength in the teens for some of your signals like NBC, it may not be enough for reliable reception.
In short, you need a strong antenna that can offset the 2-edge conditions with good gain and is very sensitive. The mentioned more robust Winegard or Antennacraft high-VHF/UHF combos would be my suggestion as well.
