Thanks for the second TVFR.
I believe the previous antenna suggestions are still appropriate. The only station that you might add would be WBPH, real CH-9. If you want to go after it, a second antenna such as the Antennacraft Y10713 could be added. With and AC-7 combiner from tinlee.com you could merge the two antennas into a common down-lead.
Again, before committing money to a second antenna, I would use the large combo antenna to 'sweep' the horizon, checking to see if any additional signals were reliable and of enough importance to me to go to the expense of a second antenna and combiner.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
