If you just want to see WPMT & WGAL, an RCA ANT-751R or Antennacraft HBU-11 would do the job... You may even get those using an indoor antenna such as the RCA ANT-111.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
