Some thoughts:

1. Is your antenna pointed to magnetic heading 195?

2. What are your surroundings? (trees, etc.)

3. What is your coax run length?

4. Is your splitter non-amplified? If no, see below.

An early test I'd perform is to add a 4 port distribution amplifier. http://www.amazon.com/Channel-Master.../dp/B001PI09SE. What these do is offset signal losses from splitting and coax runs. You are in a unique situation to see what being closer to the antenna coax-wise manifests in reception. It is much more stable.

Generally, more than 2 splits aren't advised without a distribution amp.

What is the shape of your coax? You have a very nice TVfool report. You ought to have a reasonably nice slam dunk.
