70' into one TV isn't bad. A preamp isn't recommended.

How is your line of sight to the south?

You should pick up multiple versions of KCPQ FOX. In addition to primary broadcast on RF 13, you should see K29ED-D which rebroadcasts KZJO and KCPQ. Possibly the same for KIRO CBS. K17IZ-D retransmits KIRO for Everett. Even though RF 17 is a little out of your beam, you may see it addition to KIRO's main feed on RF 39.

It's similar to what I have with KXLY. They have multiple broadcasts in the market. I have deleted out all the instances of KXLY out of my channel line up except the one signal that is strongest and most reliable.
