Are you looking to get the Baltimore station too?

I'd start with an Antennas Direct Clearstream 2V (*not* the 2) because it has hi-vhf capabilities that you will need for DC 7 & 9 & Baltimore 11 & 13.

Aim it at magnetic 60 degrees, which will put the DC towers in a strong backside lobe

Test it with 1 run of known good cable to 1 tv to start.

If you are going to feed 4 tv's , you will probably need some form of amplification to overcome cable loses.
The RCA TVPRAMP1R is well thought of, and seems to handle the potential for signal overload quite well.
