I checked out the wiring a little more. Pretty simple really....its just alot of unused.
cables strewn about in the attic.
Its just one cable from dish down thru conduit to basement to power inserter to splitter and then to 2 tvs. Looks like I can get rid of everything else.
I will take your recomendation on the db8e and preamp.
