I'd go at this in stages. Install the larger antenna first. You may get lucky and get 19 & 43 without the need for a second antenna.

I'd pick the 7698...

If a second antenna is needed, I'd mount it outside where it has higher quality signal to intercept and lower levels of in-home interference to contend with. An Antennas Direct DB2e would be my choice if only chasing real CH-19 & CH-43.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
