You may need a bit more antenna, but run another TV Fool report based on 25' AGL... It's possible that increasing the mounting height a small amount may provide good results.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
