The Micron isn't going to do the job for you since you have VHF stations out of Baltimore. Our smallest antenna that would do the job is the ClearStream 2V. I frequently recommend it to folks who can withstand its size indoors. Of course, it can also go outdoors or in an attic as needed.

Make certain you place your indoor antenna in front of a window that faces Baltimore. Receiving only ch 22.x suggests that the antenna is ill-placed within the building or there are external signal blockers in the way or that you have a particularly weak antenna. Those are definitely out there, I found several of them available for sale in retail stores that were quite terrible as well as several that were quite decent.
