Reports are coming in here at Tvfool of reception situations/problems with , KFMB channel 8 and KGTV channel 10.
The 2 edge path obstructions and air planes are causing multi-path and the air planes are causing moving multi-path.
The Y5-7-13 antenna is a directional antenna.
Directional antennas receive the best in the forward direction and less reception in the other directions , the directional ability of directional antennas to reduce multi-path , reflected , Tv signals bouncing all around.
And also reports of FM radio transmitter interference.
So this is the reason for the recommendation of , Y5-7-13 , VHF high band channels 7 thru 13 antenna.
