If you have a clear line of sight looking east toward Seattle, an attic install may work. Your attic would need to be friendly to RF signals... many are not.
If you have the typical Douglas Fir, Cedar and other native NW trees in the way, step up to the reality that a large combination antenna will be needed.
A premium option would be the Antennas Direct DB8e + Antennacraft Y5713.
A single antenna such as the Antennacraft HBU-33 would be the smallest I'd consider, their HBU-44 & HBU-55 would not be overkill.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
