The Tv signal strengths are Very Strong at your location.
However the Concrete and Steal --> Degrades the reception.
And Multi-Path reflections bouncing off the Concrete and Steal in all directions Will Not be good for reception.
Do Not use any type or kind of amplified antenna or antenna system amplifier.
The Multi-Path Reflections will be amplified and this Will Make Reception Worse.
And the Concrete and Steal Will Block Reception.
The best antenna to use is a Plain and Simple antenna such as a Plain and Simple Basic , VHF channels Rods and UHF channels wire loop.
No control knobs of any type or kind on the plain and simple indoor type antenna.
The Terk HDTVi , non amplified antenna is a good antenna to use.
Do not use the HDTVa amplified antenna.
