The C5 should do fine on the close-in UHF stuff, perhaps out to 30-45 miles or so. If your UHF requirements include weaker signals, then the more directional UHF-only antenna is usually paired with the high-VHF antenna using the combiner included with the C5.


Let your associates at BB know that we're here to help them get the right product to their in-store customers. They can call us and we'll run an evaluation on the phone to be sure their customer has the best shot of getting the right info the first time. That helps your customer, your associates, your store, and us when we get it as right as possible the first time because, quite frankly, there are at least two generations of folks who have grown up with minimal exposure to antennas and the rules have somewhat changed since the really old days.
