The Y10713 is a great option when chasing down H-VHF signals (real CH-7 through CH-13).
If the need for amplification is proven, beware of the potential for overloading due to strong local signals. I've had to resort to using a CM-3410 in applications that look quite similar to the conditions shown in your report. The CM-3410 is a distribution amplifier with a high tolerance to overload but it would need to be protected from the weather. perhaps mounting the amplifier under an eve would be adequate protection. I've used various type of enclosures, the Cable Guard CG-1000XL most recently.

VHF signals will travel through coax about twice the distance that UHF signals will for a given amount of loss. That may allow you to locate a CM-3410 further further from the antenna with out loosing much noise margin. Again, giving you the option of mounting under the protection of an eve perhaps.
