Please check your TV Fool report link. I believe I have corrected some errors that made it fail, but please be sure it is for your location, Thanks.

If the report is correct, I would suggest using an RCA ANT-751 or a premium solution, the Winegard HD7694P. Both are available through many retailers, Amazon is currently asking $48 & $60 for those antennas.

In either case, mount outdoors, clear of obstructions. Point the antenna at about 30° to 35° per a compass.

If you are connecting only one or two TVs, no amplifier should be needed.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
