Given that you already own the UHF antenna, consider adding an Antennacraft Y10713.

If you want to try for reception of WPVI and WPXO-LD then you could try the big all channel antenna. Just have realistic expectations, there is more interference at those low frequencies and the antenna gain available is less.

What preamplifier are you using?

If I was starting from scratch, I would;
1) Seek a mounting location that's not obstructed by trees or buildings.
2) Consider an Antennas Direct DB8e or 91XG for UHF.
3) Use an Antennacraft Y10713 for H-VHF.
4) Use an RCA TVPRAMP1R preamplifier.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
