Generally a difficult location. You will need to be blessed with a good site and will need to execute properly to be successful if you are to pick up anything other than the Onancock translator. A listing of local availability is at

The Onacock translators are off to your ENE about 15.5 miles. A "long-range" UHF-only antenna should suffice. A pre-amp may be needed, depending on your cabling scheme. An example of such hardware would be a 42XG antenna plus a PA18 pre-amplifier and appropriate mount and coax. A clear signal path is needed as these are going to be weak UHF signals.
Norfolk and Salisbury appear to be prospects for an "extreme" system. Additional details related to your site, particularly in regards to availability of a clear and unobstructed signal path on the needed azimuths, would be needed to determine viability.
