The ANT-751 is the best of those you've cited when trying to receive High-VHF channels (real channels 7 through 13).
Your results are going to depend on how much signal is lost and interfered with due to the obstruction of your southern view. Do you have a window with a southern view?

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
