Yes Elmo.... I want the channels from the north west.... there is not a tree in that direction for a good ways. I'm guessing 1/8 th of a mile. You mentioned Winegard 7698P. Where can I pick this up the cheapest? This antenna looks just like I remembered them as a child lol. Can I get something like this to work?

You mentioned RCA TVPRAMP1R preamplifier. What would be the over all gain from using this versus not having it at all? Is it really worth buying?
