Nope. TiVos have two tuners, but only one coax tuner input.

If one of the receiving antennas has a separate matching transformer balun , reversing the 300 ohm transformer antenna connection leads at the antenna will sometimes help with antenna signal phasing of the 2 antennas.
This looks promising if there's no channel-specific Jointenna available...

Won't work -- the TiVo can't be programmed to flip an A/B switch prior to initiating a recording.
