Help with Annenna - Fairport, NY

I would appreciate some help with antenna selection for a roof mounted antenna. My plan is to install a fixed antenna (no rotor).

As the analysis above shows, in theory I should be able to receive strong signals for all of the major stations located to my northwest. However, what the analysis does not show is that my house is located on the back side of a hill a bit below the crest of the hill, in a residential neighborhood. My line of sight to the transmitters is blocked by the branches of two large maple trees located less than 50 feet from where I plan to mount the antenna, as well as a large house about 300 feet away. There are probably other obstructions located on the other side of that house. Fortunately my roof is above the crest of the hill, so the hill itself is not a problem.

My guess is that the tress and building that block my line of sight will affect the strength of the signals, but I am not sure how to choose an antenna for this situation. Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks!
