RonPro, thanks for your patience, address look-up has been experiencing intermittent errors. I've converted your address into a TV Fool reception report.

With the correct antenna, installed free from obstructions such as trees or nearby buildings, you should be able to receive the major networks (ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC & PBS) reliably. MyN should be within reach also.

I would suggest using a Winegard HD7698P pointed at about 200°. An Antennas Direct PA-18 preamp would be a good choice if you are going to have more than 20' of coax or will split to multiple TVs.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
