There's nothing of consequence either to the south or on low-VHF, so a small 7-51 antenna is all that is required.
The CM2016 is okay. In our catalog, the C2V (not the C1C) would be the appropriate antenna. You do not need gain unless you also need to fight multi-path.
Mount your antenna so it has the clearest possible line of sight due east.
Do not use any amplifier. Your signals are strong and you don't want nor do you need one.
