If I did not think that WTCI channel 12 would be received reliably with the CS2 Complete antenna I would not have recommended it.
I say that WTCI 12 will be reliably received with the CS2 complete antenna.
The CS2 Complete is designed to receive.
VHF high band channels 7 thru 13.
UHF band channels 14 thru 51.
There is one way to find out , install the CS2 Complete antenna.
