Reliable reception of WILM on real channel 40 looks easy based on your TV Fool Report.

You have several good options open to you... I would suggest an Antennas Direct DB2e facing about 260° per a compass.

If you want to add WCTI, real channel 12 to the lineup you can add a Winegard YA1713 pointed at 38° compass. You would be able to use a UHF/VHF combiner to join the two signal sources into a common down-lead.

Unless you have more than two TVs to feed I would defiantly try this with no amplifier.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
