That may work for you... You'll need to put an antenna in there to find out if your attic is a workable location.

Worth consideration,
Antennacraft HBU-55 or HBU-44
Channel Master CM-2020 or CM-2018
Winegard HD7698P, HD7697P, HD7696P, HD7695P or HD7694P (Noted as being difficult to re-fold if they need to be moved out of the attic.)

By going large, you may be able to eliminate the need for an amplifier.
