Your location has Digital Tv transmitters to the north and south.

And 1 possible Analog Tv transmitter to the south east KENY-LP 39 Ind. and 1 possible Analog Tv transmitter K51DM 51 to the south.

Aim 1 of the Flat Sides of the Philips antenna to about 340 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

And that will put the opposite side flat side of the antenna to the , south - south east.

The power supply and power injector for the antenna must be connected.

As a test of reception , I recommend run 1 loooong length of New coax from the antenna through a open door or window direct to the Tv.

No splitters.

No couplers.

No grounding block.

The Tv Must be able to receive the ----> Digital Broadcast Tv Channels <----.

And Analog Broadcast Tv Channels.

Sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu.

NOT --> Cable channels.

If the Tv is a older Analog Tv then a Converter Box will need to be connected or connect a newer Tv that has a ----> Digital Broadcast Tv Tuner <----.

In addition to the Analog Broadcast Tv Tuner.

If the Philips antenna does not work.

Then because your location has Tv transmitters to the , north , south , and possibly south east.

I recommend install a Antennas Direct , Clear Stream 4 , CS4 UHF antenna , with the reflector screens removed.
With the reflector screens removed the , Clear Stream 4 , CS4 UHF antenna , will receive to the front and back of the antenna.

The reflector screens are not the loops , the loops are the reception elements.

And that is what is required at your location , a Tv antenna that will receive the directions of , north , south , south east.

Here are some places to buy antennas and etc. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.amazon.com.

As always , trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions including your own house.

Install the antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception.
