You'll get the best results by mounting outside in the clear. An Antennas Direct DB4e facing 115° per a compass would be my starting point.

If you wanted to see the signal from KLTV you could add a High-VHF antenna such as the Winegard YA1713 or Antennacraft Y10713. Pointed toward 217°. The second antenna would provide a second ABC feed as well as 'Bounce' and 'Telemundo' on the second and third sub-channels. You can join the two antennas with a UVSJ (UHF/VHF Signal Joiner).

Whether you opt for just the DB4e or a two antenna system, an Antennas Direct CPA-19 preamplifier would help insure you have a strong signal at both TVs after it travels through the coax and splitter. If you go with a two antenna system, install the outdoor preamp module close to the antennas, on the output of the UVSJ.
