What about trees in the direction of the group of transmitters to the north west ? What about buildings/houses blocking the group of transmitters to the north ? What about getting the receiving antenna up higher on to the roof ? . Sea water is corrosive , check all connections. I recommend a Winegard HD7697P on the roof , no preamp or amplifier. Also RG-6 coax with compression type fittings. Compression type fittings seal out sea water.
