New OTA Setup

I would like to set up OTA reception for my house. The house is pre-wired with RG6 Coaxial cable 18AWG to each room. To route the outdoor antenna to the junction box, it is probably close to 80 feet and back to the TV at the furthest point will probably be another 80 feet (total 160 feet). For now, I am looking at installing 2 TVs but potentially adding 2 more in the future.

Based on the TV Signal Analysis results:

Would Clearstream 2v be good enough or do I need Clearstream 4/5?

There is a 40 feet tall hill with houses on top right behind my backyard (North/Northwest) where all the stations are.

Can someone recommend an antenna and if any amplifier will be needed?

Thanks.
