Does the Nfusion also have a FTA satellite receiver. What model number is the Nfusion box??
Before getting into replacing the antenna , turn the antenna to the left and right to find a aim direction that has the best reception.
You can try tilting the antenna up about 5 degree or so , loosen the clamps and put a wood block behind the antenna and the mounting pole then tighten the clamps enough to hold the antenna in place.
